We're always looking for driven, curious students to join our core team.
What We're looking For
We believe the best analysts are defined by their initiative and passion, not just their grades. Our ideal candidate is:

Academically Solid: On track for a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline, from any university.

Technically Competent: You have a decent-to-strong foundational knowledge of finance and equity research. You understand what a DCF model is, you know what comps are for, and you're eager to build on this knowledge.

Passionately Nerdy: You have a strong, genuine interest in a specific industry, be it TMT, consumer retail, biotech, energy, or even alternative investments like crypto or art. You're the person who reads about it in your free time.

A Builder: You have projects (of any kind) that show you can take an idea and run with it. Hands-on experience with financial modeling (DCF, Comps, LBOs) is a huge plus.

Entrepreneurial & Self-Driven: You see what needs to be done and you do it. You thrive in a collaborative, flat structure where your ideas are heard and you can make a real impact from day one.

Easy to Work With: Above all, we're a team. We're looking for smart, chill people who are collaborative, love to debate ideas, and are great to grab a coffee with.
